Cloth Diapers

  You are thinking the Judkins are crazy...we have officially lost it, gone off the deep end from whence there is no return.  Cloth diapers!?!  Aren't those for ________(I will let you fill in the blank so I don't incriminate myself).
  As one of the million decisions you make as a parent, that you never even thought about for two seconds before having kids, we have consciously chosen to become part of the cloth diapering world.
  Here are a few reasons:
1)disposables are expensive, really really expensive (like a 'double pumpkin latte with caramel every day' expensive)
2)it is a ton of garbage that sticks around for a long, long time
3)baby poop is WAY better than adult poop (and you all know what I do for my day job)
4)these aren't your mother's (grandmother's, granny's, G'ma's) cloth diapers--they are little marvels of engineering that even a gear-head like Tim can get excited about

  It has been about two weeks so far, and we are pleasantly surprised.  Bought a stash so we only have to do a load of diapers every 2-3 days, only one blowout (parent-application error), no diaper rash, and they are cute as anything.  Will keep you posted on the Judki Great Cloth Diaper Caper.
